To request maintenance to Shade Trees, please fill out the form below and submit it by mail, email, or at the Borough Office. Please include pictures of the tree. The form and pictures may be emailed to manager@millersburgpa.org.
All requests for maintenance will be triaged and forwarded to the Shade Tree Commission, who meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6pm in the Borough Office. Emergency requests may be addressed at the discretion of the Borough Manager.
Ordinance 3-25A establishes that all trees planted within the public right of way or easement, specifically between the sidewalk and street, are the responsibility of the Borough. The Borough is not responsible for any damage to sidewalk that occurs by trees planted prior to the adoption of this ordinance.
