SUMMARY:Tour de Millersburg
DESCRIPTION:Due to the huge success and positive feedback from racers\, sponsors\, volunteers and race officials\, Millersburg is gearing up to once again host the 11th Annual TdM the Tour de Millersburg. The dates for the 2017 TdM are Saturday\, August 5 and Sunday\, August 6. With this being the 11th anniversary for the TdM we are hoping for a great turnout from the cycling community. \nThe TdM will begin at 8:00am on Saturday August 5th with the “Time Trials”; the course extends 5 miles north from Market Square along the river to Paxton and returns with the finish line located at Saturn Surplus. At 12:00pm\, stage two features the 7th Cataldo Muggio Memorial Criterium\, a short loop through the middle of the borough\, “The Crit” honors local cycling enthusiast Cataldo Muggio. Last year was our 4th “King of the Mountain” generously sponsored by Lisi-Shell Oil Co. as part of the Sunday road races. The presence of SRAM Neutral Race Support for the entire weekend is a perk much appreciated by all racers with repairs made at no cost to the participants.
