Bid on the shawls In “The Fleece-To-Shawl Live Auction” & visit the “Petting Farm” in the East Park featuring Baby Lambs, a Baby Kid (Goat) & Mini-Horses All Day. Horse-drawn Carriage & Ferry Boat Rides offered for purchase (as available).
MAWT invites festival-goers to enjoy the antics of “Huffy the Clown”, the “Tall Cedars Clowns & Smokey-the-Bear”, joining other games and contests, including the Duckie Race. Festival Goers are invited to visit Vendor Booths for lots-of good food, arts & crafts of many types. Stores, restaurants & shops will welcome Festival Goers; as will the Historical Society Museum. MAWT thanks Station WQLV (98.9) for “Music All Day” as well as T and T Services for providing Comfort Stations; both are located at North Street.
Historic Millersburg Railroad Station Is Pleased To Host the “Loose Ties Model RR-Club” during the Cherry Blossom Festival: Saturday, 05 May, 8:30am-4:30pm & Sunday, 06 May, 8:30am-4pm.
Visit the Flea Market in the Social Hall at Trinity United Church of Christ on Center Street, offering cherry deserts, sandwiches & selling raffle tickets for a handmade Afghan. All proceeds are used for numerous Church projects!!
The Millersburg Area Art Association (MAAA), Gallery on the Square, will be hosting a rummage and bake sale fund-raiser to benefit the scholarship program. Enjoy the beautiful display of paintings, hand-painted porcelain items and a variety of hand-crafts. Search for that “just needed” item from the rummage sale, all items will be reasonably priced. Home-made treats and baked goods also will be available for purchase. Please take time to stop by the Gallery porch and sidewalk sale!! Purchased items from the rummage sale can be picked-up at a later time/date.
The Beautiful Cherry Blossom Festival Ferns were obtained by Lyn Bogdam, Proprietor, Burrell’s Florist.
The Beautiful Mid-Summer Flower Barrels are planted by Andrea & Mark Heddings, Community Volunteers.
